This hotel does not allow unmarried couples.
3. Local ID not Allowed
This hotel doesn’t allow check-in using local IDs.
4.Identification Card
All adults must carry one of these photo ID cards at the time of check-in: Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card or Aadhar Card. PAN Cards are not accepted.
5.Early check-in or late check-out
is subject to availability and chargeable by the hotel.
6.Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee is charged if the booking is cancelled 24 hours before the standard check-in time. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the standard check-in time, one night’s tariff (based on the booking amount) shall be charged for the room(s) booked. Please note that refunds shall not be applicable for non-refundable bookings. In case of any late cancellations (during the stay) or a guest no-show (guest not arriving), hotel reserves the right to charge an equivalent of one night’s stay charges including taxes. For prepaid bookings, refund will be processed within 10-15 days after making the appropriate deductions.
7.GST Details
Addition of GST details or any kind of modification on the invoice cannot be made post check-out. Hence, please add all the required details with accuracy while making the booking itself.
8.Child Reservation Policy
A maximum of 1 child up to an age of 8 years and an extra infant up to an age of 2 years is allowed free of charge, subject to room occupancy capacity. Breakfast will be included in stay but no extra bed or mattress will be provided. Extra person charges are applicable for anyone above 8 years of age. Extra person charges are also applicable for extra kids during check-in.
9.PAH Booking Payment
The full booking amount needs to be paid at the time of check-in. If part-payment was made for the booking, the remainder of the booking amount is what needs to be paid at the time of check-in.
10.Occupancy Policy
The maximum number of occupants in a room depends on the room category.
11.We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
